Hi, I’m Shae Ryan, a Delaware licensed Medical Aesthetician, and for more than 20 years I’ve been dedicated to helping people like you feel confident in their skin. From the very first time we meet, my goal is to truly listen to your concerns, understand your goals, and create a treatment plan that feels like it was made just for you. I love blending medical-grade skincare with advanced technologies like lasers, peels, and microneedling to deliver results that are not only beautiful but lasting.

I consider myself lighthearted and bubbly, and I want every appointment to brighten your day. Skincare doesn’t have to feel intimidating—it can be fun, exciting, and deeply rewarding when you start to see the transformation unfold. My goal is to give you the ultimate treatment results combined with extra tender, loving, care. Oh – and I love education. You will get so much tea about treatments and what you should and should not do in this industry. So many myths to be dispelled.

Over the years, I’ve earned certifications in lasers, peels, microneedling, radiofrequency treatments, dermaplaning, and so much more, giving me a wide range of tools to treat almost every skin concern. I’ve also had the honor of being selected for Dr. Zein Obagi’s ZO Skin Health Advisory Panel—an achievement awarded to only 20 professionals in the entire country. As a Certified ZO Specialist and Expert, I’m proud to bring that advanced training to your benefit. I love coming up with a custom protocol for acne, rosecea, melasma, sun damage and combinations of these skin conditions. Challenge accepted.

With more than 15 years of laser experience—including IPL, resurfacing, spider vein therapy, tattoo removal, and photofacials—I’ve seen firsthand how technology can restore skin health and confidence. I’m also known as a master peel specialist and have helped countless clients with customized chemical peels and fractional collagen induction therapy (microneedling) for dramatic, healthy-skin transformations. There are also plenty of add-on treatments for regenerative youthfulness including Ariessence, AnteAge, Invo, Plated with exosomes and more. Let’s work together on getting you refreshed from within.

My journey in aesthetics started back in 1996 with massage therapy (that was tough)  before moving into aesthetics in 2001 (way better)  and working alongside a plastic surgeon for 10 years. That experience shaped my philosophy: always combine advanced science with an artistic touch and compassionate care. While I’m grateful to be considered one of the best in Delaware and the Tri-State area, I never stop learning, training, and staying ahead of the latest treatments that could benefit you.
